FISHING RIGHTS
IN RUSSIAN WATERS. JAPAN WARNS SOVIET. (Independent Cable Service.) TOKIO, March 14. The Foreign Minister, Mr Arita told the House of Peers today that Russia must assume full responsibility if she refused Japan’s reasonable requests regarding fishing rights in Soviet waters.
“japan is prepared to take effective measures to safeguard her interests if world eventualities materialise,” he added.
