DEBUTANTES’ REVUE

ANOTHER EXCELLENT PRESENTATION. LAST PERFORMANCE TONIGHT. The final performance of “The Debutantes’ Revue” in aid of the Combined Carnival funds will be given in the Opera House, tonight. With every performance the players gain more confidence and the standard improves, in consequence. Last night the Opera House was packed with a most appreciative audience and the various items on the programme were rendered in good style. From the rise of the curtain to the grand finale the programme went with a swing. The stage management was really good and there was no delay between items. Miss Dorothy Tate, in charge of the ballets, deserves ’’great credit for the excellent training of the girls, as do the producers, Messrs Kirk-Burnnand and F. E. McCallum. Tonight’s performance will be the last of the season and the undoubted merit of the Revue deserves another packed house.
