Dr Tiso, after his interview with Herr Hitler, requested an extraordinary session of the Slovak Parliament tomorrow morning, to which President Hacha agreed. M. Mach announced receiving a telegram from Dr Tiso stating that the Slovak question would be solve'd on the basis of constitutional self-determination for the Slovaks.
