It is semi-officially announced that Germany is sending a Note to Czechoslovakia demanding the right of Slovakian self-determination, the reconstruction of the Prague Government, from which Generals Elias and Sirovy must be dismissed and also a guarantee of protection for German minorities in Bohemia and Moravia.
