GREYTOWN

PERSONAL ITEMS. (“Times-Age” Special.) The Mayor, Mr A. W. Horton, has returned to Greytown after attending the Municipal Conference. Mr. Sheddon, the newly-appointed head master of the Greytown District High School, is to comrhence duties at Grey town on April 1. Mr and Mrs H. W. Feast left on Saturday for Christchurch, where they will spend a holiday. LEAGUE OF MOTHERS. ANNUAL CHURCH SERVICE. The annual church service for the League of Mothers was held in St. Luke’s Church, Greytown, on Sunday evening. The Rev. Canon Sykes gave a very appropriate sermon on “Mothers, and all they Stand for in the Home.”

The League Choir rendered the anthem, “All in an April Evening.” The organist was Mrs H. G. Carter, assisted by Mrs E, Graham.
