HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY’S FINE DISPLAY COMPETITION VERY KEEN. FULL LIST OF PRIZE-WINNERS. ("Times-Age" Special.) The'Greytown Horticultural Society’s Autumn Show was held in the Crown Theatre yesterday afternoon. Despite the dry season there was an excellent display and in some classes the competition was very keen. The new section for photographic work proved very popular and should draw good entries on future occasions. The arrangements for the display were in the hands of a capable band of stewards and the secretary Miss M. Duff, is to be complimented on her good work. The Greytown centre of the Red Cross Society had a display stand of books and charts connected with the institution’s work. The takings for both the afternoon and evening sessions exceeded those of last year. • The winners of the competitions were: —Lamb A. H. York, half; C. G. Bouzaid, E.
