COTTON INDUSTRY
* REORGANISATION PLANS IN BRITAIN. LEGISLATION PROPOSED. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 9. The President of the Board of Trad*, Mr Oliver Stanley, announced in thii House of Commons today the Government's decision to proceed with a Bill embodying proposals for the reorganisation of the cotton industry, a draft of which was the subject of a recent ballot in the industry. The Bill, which will follow closely the draft published last year, will be introduced in the House of Commons next week.
