Signor Gayda estimates that they will benefit seven million people, costing the State £11,100,000 annually. Signor Mussolini has forbidden increased prices. ' * A. cablegram yesterday reported that the salaries of all industrial employees and civil servants in Italy had been increased by from 5 to 10 per cent ns from March 1.
