INTOXICATED IN CHARGE
CONTRACTOR SENT TO GAOL. (By Tviegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. For being intoxicated in charge of a car, Cecil Mark Brown, a contractor aged 51, a third offender, was senienced to two months’ imprisonment with hard labour by Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., this morning, frown’s licence was cancelled ' and. he was declared unfit to hold another for five years.
