PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that CHESTER ROAD, WEST OF THE NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT RAILWAY LINE, has, by resolution of the Council, been appointed to be a PARKING' PLACE FOR MOTOR VEHICLES, in accordance with the Wairarapa Counties’ Joint By-Laws, 1927, during the Carterton Race Meeting ,to be held at the Clareville Race Course on March 11, 1939.
