NO SECESSION
WITHDRAWAL OF SLOVAK THREATS. (Independent Cable Service.) PRAGUE, March 7. The Slovak Cabinet, meeting at Bratislava today, decided to withdraw its threats to secede from Czechoslovakia, A communique stated that the Slovak autonomous Cabinet regarded the future of Slovakia as fully settled within the existing law granting it autonomy within the Czechoslovak Federation.
