ADVERTISING SERVICE
"TIMES-AGE” PROGRESS. In keeping with its declared policy of being thoroughly modern' in every respect, the Advertising Department of the "Times-Age”-has now landed from U.S.A, the first of a series of specialised advertising matrices for use by local advertisers. While, owing to the import restrictions, the pre-ar-ranged monthly supply of these matrices is improbable, a tempoiaiy licence has been granted to land at least certain is. uns. A two months’ supply has now arr.v d and an additional one has been sh.pped from the United States. The service, known as the Stanton Junior, is produced by one of the world’s largest advertisement production houses, the Meyer-Both Co of Chicago. It contains material suitable for illustrating every type of advertisement and this service will be available to every advertiser in the “TimesAge” at no charge for its use. It is the first such service ever to come to the Wairarapa and it is probable that no provincial paper published in a town the size of Masterton makes such an offer to its advertisers.
