GRENOBLE UNIVERSITY. INVITATION TO LORD HALIFAX. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 4. Lord Halifax has received an invitation from M. Chevalier, Dean of the University of Grenoble, to be present at the celebrations in connection with the anniversary of the sixth century of the foundation of that university, which will be held during the first half of May. Lord Halifax is being invited in his dual capacities as Foreign Secretary and Chancellor of Oxford University. He'is hopeful of being able to accept the invitation.
