Four members of the Ogpu in West Siberia have been sentenced to terms of imprisonment ranging from five to ten years- for illegally arresting 160 children, between the ages- of nine, and twelve. The children were detained in prison for eight months under induced confessions of guilt of counter-revolutionary activities.
