RADIO TRANSMITTERS

MASTERTON CLUB ACTIVITIES. A meeting of the Masterton Branch of the New Zealand Amateur Radio Transmitters’ Club was held last evening. The vice-president, Mr E. J. Mannell, presided over a good attendance of members. One new member was elected. It was decided to hold quarterly social functions commencing from Saturday week, and a committee was appointed to make the necessary arrangements. A field day will be held at Mt Holdsworth on March 19, and all club members are requested to attend. The next meeting will be held on March 19, and the Secretary, Mr P. R. Harris will be pleased to receive inquiries from intending members.
