ENGLISH BOOK=BINDING

EXHIBITION IN PARIS. One of the first exhibitions of the year will be devoted to English bookbinding. His Majesty King George VI is loaning several beautiful specimens from his private collections. Some of the finest English bindings of the sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth centuries will be seen, loaned by French as well as English collectors. The exhibition, which will be held at Musee Galliera, opening January 15, is organised by the Art and Travel Association.
