COLLEGE SWIMMING
BOYS’ SPORTS TOMORROW GOOD ENTRIES RECEIVED. RESULTS OF PRELIMINARY EVENTS. The Wairarapa College boys’ swimming sports will be held tomorrow afternoon in the College Baths, commencing at 2 o’clock. Splendid entries have been received and some good sport is promised. The preliminary events and heats were decided earlier in the week, so as to provide a full programme of finals tomorrow. Parents and others interested, who are cordially invited to attend the sports, are urged to be present promptly at 2 o’clock, as the various events will be decided expeditiously and those Coming late will miss much of the programme. At the conclusion of the sports the trophies will be presented by Mrs W. R. Nicol, wife of the chairman of the Board of Governors.
