BALKAN ENTENTE
RECOGNITION OF FRANCO. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) BUCHAREST, February 22. Balkan Entente members have agreed to recognise General Franco de jure. A communique, at the conclusion of a conference of Balkan Entente members, stated that there was complete harmony of views, and the conference reaffirmed mutual respect for frontiers.
