Cups from Mr and Mrs W. H. Bird, for most points in the children’s horse events (under 15 years), from Mr J. Harris, for the maiden pony jump and from Mr E. Tildesley Senr., for the maiden jump were accepted with thanks. It was also decided to add a pillow fight to the programme and to engage Te Tati's melody makers to play at the dance in the evening. Personal. Miss May Kenny, of the Mauriceville Dairy Co’s, stall, is spending her. annual holidays in Hastings.
