REMOVAL FROM MASTERTON PREMISES. REFUSAL TO PAY MINIMUM RATE. When Councillor R .Russell sought a reason, at last night's meeting of the Borough Council .for the removal of 50 gas meters from Masterton houses, he was told by Illi- Gar Manager. Mi- J. T.
