PROVISION FOR WAIRARAPA HOSPITALS. -VERY DESIRABLE EQUIPMENT." Tlie Wairarapa Hospital Board decided at its meeting today to make application to the Health Department for three of the “iron lungs" being provided for hospitals throughout the Empire by Lord Nuffield. Drs T. L. Parr. Archer Hosking and A. C. Oakey considered that the apparatus would be a most desirable addition to the hospital equipment. Dr Oakey said that during the past year there were six fatal eases at the Greytown Hospital, which might have been oived by means of an "iron lung "
