MONEY SPENT ON GERMAN MOTOR ROADS. ARMY BUDGET CUT DOWN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, February 21. Czechoslovakia is spending £210,000 on a German motor road from Breslau to Vienna, and £3,250.000 on a road from Saxony to Rumania, besides subsidising German Universities within her borders, says the Prague correspondent of the Exchange and Telegraph Agency. The army budget has been reduced one-third.
