PROPOSED REDUCTIONS ON EXPORT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright WASHINGTON, February 21. Senator Nye introduced a measure granting the Army and Navy Departments authority to restrict the release of military combat aircraft for export for at least six months after delivery to the army or navy. Equipment and accessories of fighting planes would not be able to be released till they had been in general use.
