OBITUARY
MR E. D. MOSLEY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Obituary—Mr E. D. Mosley, who recently retired from the position of stipendiary magistrate at Wellington. For eight and a half years Mr Mosley was a magistrate in Christchurch. The late- Mr E. D. Mosley was born at Inch Chilton in 1876. He entered the Civil Service as a cadet at the age of 16, passed as a solicitor when he was 21. and retired from the service in 1907 as Clerk of Court and Sheriff at Westpart.. He practised in partnership with Mr G. W. C. Smithson in Christchurch and in 1918 was appointed to the magistracy.
