The Spcakcr'of the Union Assembly thrice ruled out of order the Rev Cadman, a labour member, lor criticising Herr Hiller, to whom he referred as an upstart, and deplored the visit made to him by the Hon O. Pirow (Minister of Defence). "He is a person with whom I would not shake hands," Mr Cadman said.
