HINDU LABOURER SENT TO BORSTAL. (By Te l egraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Described as. having been "a bit of a problem" since ho came to New Zealand three years ago, Gosai Dullabh, a Hindu labourer aged 20, appeared before Mr Luxford, S.M.. on four charges of theft of sums ranging from. 5s 5d to £1 17s 6d. "Ho is regarded very unfavourably by his fellow-countrymen and his chief pastime seems to have been writing indecent letters and sending them through the post to other Indians,” said Detective-Sergeant Doyle. Tiie Magistrate sent accused to Borstal for two years.
