General Chiang Kai-shek lias ordered General Wang, the garrison commander at Hainan Island, to continue resistance to the Japanese occupation. Guerilla bands have reached the outskirts of Hankow and have raided the Wuchang aerodrome. Prince Sha, the aged Mongolian leader, who has arrived here by air, stated that Mongolians, supporting Chiang Kai-shek had inflicted heavy losses on the Japanese in Mongolia. HONOURS FOR GENERALS.
