PLANES FOR FRANCE
MORE THAN 500 BOUGHT FROM U.S.A. BIG CONTRACT ANNOUNCED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. WASHINGTON, February 15. The French Embassy announced today that the air mission has purchased more than 500 new war planes from the United States besides the 100 ordered last year. The companies involved are Douglas Curtin. Glenn Martin, and North American. The prices have not been announced, but it is understood that it is more than 60.000,000 dollars.
