The question of General Franco’s recognition was again raised in the House of Commons, when Mr C. R. I cannot give any assurance that it may be possible for them to delay taking any action which may seem to them proper, but it always is within the power of the Ijouse to express its opinion ot the Government’s policy, and should the Government reach any new decision 1 shall naturally be ready to afford facilities for a debate.”
