Of 11,299 bales offered. 10.250 were sold, also 895 privately. AUCKLAND CHEQUE. (By Telegraph—Press Association ) AUCKLAND. February 13. The second Auckland wool sale, held on January 24, resulted in a realisation of £293,673. The average price was 8.56 d a lb and £l2 15s 6d a bale, compared with 9.76 d a lb and £l4 2s lid a bale in November. At last year’s second sale the average was £l4 a bale and 9.485 d a lb.
