(Received This Day, 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, February 9, The “News Chronicle’s” special correspondent says that three members of a secrect Japanese mission are going to Berlin for a conference at the end of February with Japanese ambassadors throughout Europe. The purpose of the conference will be final steps to convert the AnfirCo'mintern Pact into a formal Three Power alliance. The Japanese are anxious that the pact should be directed primarily against the Soviet. Italy and Germany are insistent that if should also cover Eng? land, France and the United States. Japan is now agreeing to this.
