NEW ZEALAND IMPORT CONTROL. CUSTOMS DUTY FIGURES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, January 5. The “Daily Telegraph” on the representations of the New Zealand High Commissioner in London, Mr Jordan, corrects erroneous information that New Zealand Customs receipts in the first month of import control fell to £78,000. The journal points out that actual receipts were £730,000.
