RECEPTION IN LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, February '4. The Baldwin fund for refugees now stands at £390,053. A reception is being held at Burlington House on Tuesday in honour of more than 200 refugee scientists and scholars from six different European, countries. Guests will be received by Sir William Bragg, president of the Royal Society, Sir Frederic Kenyon, president of the -British Academy, and the Archbishop of York.
