CONCESSION TO STUDENTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 10.2 a.m.) LONDON, February 3. To enable Australian and New Zealand university students to go home for a long vacation, the conference of shipping lines has granted the return journey at the single rate from Britain after June 1, relanding in Britain to be not later than October 31. This also applies to British students desiring to travel.
