Four building permits were issued by the Masterton Borough Council in January, for a total value of £1046. Included was a permit for substantial additions to a residence,
In January last year six permits were issued for a value of £3021. One new dwelling was included among these permits. The Masterton County Council issued one permit last month for £l4O. compared with three for £3400 in January of last year.
