LANSDOWNE SCHOOL
OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMONY ! ON WEDNESDAY.
Attention is drawn to an advertisement in today’s issue extending an invitation from the committee to the public interested and particularly to the parents of pupils of the Lansdowne School to attend the official opening of the new school on Wednesday, at 2.30 p.m.
Mr J. Robertson. M.P., will declare the school open and there will also be present the Mayor (Mr T. Jordan) and councillors, members' of the Trust Lands Trust, Wellington Education Board anti Education Department. The pupils will assemble at 9 o’clock as usual, for me resumption of the classes.
