“The Times” Warsaw correspondent says Herr von Ribbentrop has returned to Berlin after achieving the simple purpose of his visit, namely, to emphasise that Poland and Germany continue as good neighbours, neither springing surprises. The substance of the talks is unknown but it is declared that nothing was decided on which could disquieten Western Powers. The PolishFrench and Polish-Roumanian alliances remain intact.
