ARMS FOR SPAIN
STRIKE PLANNED IM BRITAIN. ACTION ON NATIONAL SCALE TO BE DISCUSSED. LONDON. January 26. Seven thousand workers in four London aircraft works, including de Havilland's, plan a 90-minute strike this afternon to support the demand for arms and food to be sent to Spain. Engineering and shop stewards will met on Saturday to discuss further action on a national scale.
