Navarrese divisions approaching Barcelona from the north, after occupying Tarrasa, are now two miles south-west of Sabadel. Other Navarrese divisions are moving southwards along the road from Matorell, and eastwards from Villafranca. The rebels are also pushing eastwards from Manresa to cut off the highway between Barcelona and Puigceida. Mean time, General Yague's troops have established new bridgeheads across the Llobregat River, close to Barce; lona. .
