DECLARED INVIOLABLE NOT TO BE DIVIDED, SHARED OR ABANDONED. RESOLUTION BY COLONIAL COMMITTEE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. PARIS. January 25. The Colonial Committee today tabled a resolution proclaiming that all parts of the French Empire, whether continental or in overseas colonies or protectorates over which the French flag is flying, are placed under the safeguard of France's sovereignty and cannot be divided, shared or abandoned.
