The Rev David McNeur and Mrs McNeur have returned to Masterton after a holiday in the Auckland district.
Mr J. D. Hudson, manager in Christchurch for Messrs Cadbury, Fry, Hudson, Limited, has been appointed manager for the firm in Auckland.
Dr C. Osborne Hutton, petrologist to the New Zealand Geological Survey, has returned to Wellington. He has been carrying out geological work in Southland and Central Otago.
Mr F. Keeley, publicity manager of RKO-Radio Pictures, Wellington, is visiting Masterton in connection with next week’s screening of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.” Mr Walter Russell-Wood, Dunedin, has accepted an engagement to visit Victoria under the auspices of the Teachers’ Association, and will adjudicate the elocutionary classes at the •Bendigo festival in May.
