PENALTY FOR INTOXICATED MOTOR-CYCLIST. LICENCE CANCELLED FOR 12 MONTHS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. His attention attracted by« the erratic course of a motor-cycle in Newtown, a constable gave chase, with the result that Raymond Eric Fuller appeared in the Magistrate’s Court today and pleaded guilty to a charge of having been intoxicated in charge of a motor-cycle. He was convicted and sentenced to fourteen days’ imprisonment and his licence was cancelled for twelve months.
