Montreal.—The World’s Congress on Housing and Planning for 1944 will be held in Montreal, according to advice received here from George L. Pepler, of the British Ministry of Health and International president of the Federation for Housing and Town Planning. The congress city is selected six years ahead io completion of any projects contemplated, by the city.
