PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION. t THREE MASTERTON PUPILS PASS. In connection with the diploma in fine arts preliminary examination, held in December last, the following Masterton pupils passed in the subjects named: — Barbara B. Gaskin: Drawing from common objects, painting from still life, elementary modelling, design in colour, elementary perspective, English and French. Gillian Gooder: Drawing from common objects, painting from still life, elementary modelling, design in colour, geometrical drawing, etc., elementary perspective, V English and French.
Mary B. W. Spiers: Drawing from common objects, painting from still life, elementary modelling, design in colour, geometrical drawing, etc, elementary perspective, English and geography.
