Ait lhe wool sales, 9,522 bales were offered, including 4,727 from New Zealand, and 8,022 were sold, There was a moderate selection. The demand was active, the home trade bidding freely for New Zealand crossbreds, which jWere well cleared. Withdrawals were frequent among the inferior offerings owing to firm limits. Rates generally were well maintained.
