PERSONAL ITEMS. (“Times-Age” Special.) Mr and Mrs P. Kenning have returned from a holiday spent at Nelson. Mr L. Curtis who was on a holiday at Taupo and Rotorua, has returned home. Export of Raspberries. The export of raspberries from Greytown this season is very poor and indications point to the season being a short one. Fruit Crops Damaged. A hail storm last night has caused considerable damage to the fruit crops. Westerly Gale. A heavy' westerly gale blew at Greytown on Monday night and continued for the best part of yesterday. At 5 p.m. the wind changed to the south-west and a heavy hail storm swept over the district for about half an hour.
