ANOTHER CLASH
ON CZECH=HUNGARIAN BORDER ATTACK ON POSTS REPORTED. INCENDIARY BOMBS USED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright BUDAPEST, January 9. It is officially stated that Czech troops and irregulars 'again attacked Hungarian frontier posts in the vicinity of Ungvar, setting three houses on fire with incendiary bombs. The mixed commission is investigating.
HUNGARIAN DEMANDS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.50 a.m.) BUDAPEST, January 9. The Government has renewed its protests to Prague demanding payment of damages and the severest punishment for those responsible. The Hungarian Minister to Prague is at present on leave and is unlikely to return until guarantees are forthcoming.
