MAY RETURN TO ENGLAND IN MARCH. ON OCCASION OF LAUNCHING CRUISER. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.10 h.m.) LONDON, January 8. “Reynolds’ News” says the launching of the new cruiser Prince of Wales, in March next, may be the occasion of the Duke of Windsor’s return to England. The Duke probably will preside at the ceremony. It is considered likely that the Duchess also will come to England.
