RUGBY, January 5.
The British Council is offering four post-graduate scholarships, of £3OO each, tenable for one year 'and commencing in October next, to selected graduates of universities in the Dominions.
The scholarships are open to those desiring to carry on in the United Kingdom course of study or research in subjects of social, economic or political value and Dominion, inter-im-perial oi' international importance.
