The Warsaw correspondent of "The I’imes" says it is estimated that about 1000 Germans will be affected by the Soviet's expulsion decision, including tot only German specialists engaged in Soviet industry, but also many Gernan Communists who sought refuge in Russia from the Nazi regime but who tave since been stigmatised as not undeservedly loyal to the Stalinist seclion of the party. The Riga correspondent of the 'Daily Mail” says the decision is regarded in some Moscow circles as being part of the Soviet's preparations for a possible war.
